• Measure the length and width of the countertop you want to transform. Make sure to include both the front edge and the backsplash in your measurements, as well as the surface of the countertop. For “L” shaped countertops, divide the surface into 2 sections (see diagram at right.)
• Next, type the number of countertop sections on the blank line in the calculator and hit “Enter.”
• Type the length, in inches, of each section. When you have finished entering the data, hit “Continue.”
• The total surface area will appear, with the number of kits needed for your project.

Square Footage Calculator

Prior to starting your project, use the simple measurement instructions below. If you measure your project in linear footage, you do not need to measure separately in square footage. When measuring in linear footage, note that the calculator assumes a standard 24 inch depth countertop. When entering measurements in the calculator, use decimals instead of fractions, or simply round up to the next number.

• First, divide your countertops into sections (see diagram).
